Hello,

I would like to clear the EMIOSCNT on match a certain value when operating with phase_A and phase_B encoder. Is it actually possible?

Hi,

That is not possible. The eMIOS channel counter is only cleared when entering desired mode or is also writable in eMIOS GPIO mode.
