ds13 (3v3 volt led) is not working

hi , i was debugging my mpc5748G and suddenly it stopped working and when i debug again it gives me the following,

my j11 is on 2-3 but the 3V3 led stopped working only the 5V led is working, how can i solve this problem?

Hi,

without functional 3.3V supply the MCU will not work. So try both USB and external 12V supply option and measure both 5V and 3.3V supplies (for example on J13 header). If there is no or low voltage on 3.3, most probably a 3.3V Switching Regulator will be wrong.
