I'm a bit surprised that with my PE Multilink universal debugger I have no access to trace neither profiing features. I have bought CodeWarrior standart licences especially for these features.

Hi,

if we are talking about hardware support, devices MPC5602D and MPC5602P support Nexus Class 1 only. Other devices that implement e200z0 have Nexus Class 2+ (MPC560xB, MPC5604P, MPC5606S, MPC5604E). Take a look at this application note for details:

http://www.nxp.com/assets/documents/data/en/application-notes/AN4088.pdf

Nexus Class 1 provides only basic debugging features using OnCE. Nexus Class 2+ adds Nexus RW real-time access and Instruction Trace.

I will ask my colleague from CodeWarrior team to check the software implementation in debugger / PEmicro drivers.

Lukas
