Why can't we choose between vle and book-e?

Hi,

all MPC57xx devices support VLE only. The only exception is MPC5777C which supports both encodings. So, there was no need to keep BOOK-E alive. Older devices MPC56xx are still supported by CodeWarrior IDE where both options are available.
