The mask set identiffiier of SPC5606

According to AN4477, there are two mask set identifier which is 1M03Y for SPC5606BF and 01N3E for SPC5606BK, but the attached top mark shows the identifier is 0N13E which is not indicated in AN4477,what is the full part number of this identifier 0N13E?thx

I have never noticed, but there is a typo is the appnote. Mask numbers are as follows:

SPC5606BF = mask 1M03Y
SPC5606BK = mask 0N13E

Mask 01N3E does not exist.
