Hello,
S32DS is according the ASIL-D:
The performed tool classification determined the qualification need of the used tools, and is
based on the use cases of the tools and the safety standard requirements (tool classes). The
classification was completed according to ISO 26262, with the maximal level ASIL D.
GCC compiler is not safety certified.
For such please use GHS or IAR.
Sharing of any safety documents can be done only via support tickets at NXP.com
Best regards,
Peter
Hi,
Thank you for your response. Although IAR doesn't support power architecture, I will check with GHS. Additionally, could you also provide me information about the safety certification of the SDK provided for the same MCU MPC5744P?
Thank you
Hello,
There is no safety for SDK for this device.
You can use MCAL ISO26262 package which is ASIL-D certified.
Best regards,
Peter
Hi,
Thank you for your response. Could you please let me know where can I find the "MCAL ISO26262 package"? Additionally, is the "Processor Expert" tool and code generated from the tool are safety certified ?
Thank you
Hello,
Here is the link for MCAL:

Additionally, is the "Processor Expert" tool and code generated from the tool are safety certified ?
Whole S32DS classification was completed according to ISO 26262. Including configuration tool.
External tools like compilator is not as it is supplied by third party so user can choose which one fits their application the most.
You can also have a look at windriver they also support safety compiler.
Best regards,
Peter
