I am using MPC5748G microcontroller and it is programmed to communicate with external OBD transceiver STN2100 via UART terminal. In the datasheet of STN2100, it does mention it support STFPA, ATCRA commands but whenever I am sending STFPA command as STFPA 7E8, 008 \r\n its responding back with "?" , means invalid command. Why it is happening, when it is specified in the datasheet clearly that it support this command.

Hi,
STN2100 is not our product, this is a question rather for manufacturer of this device.

Yes, I am well aware about it. I posted it in here in hope that If anyone is there who have worked with OBD, could help me to clarify my doubt.
