Please advise the difference between SPC5606BF1MLQ6 and SPC5606BK0MLQ6? 

Can they be used as replacements?

In the datasheet, the differences are the Fab and Mask Indicator.

Fab and Mask Indicator
F = ATMC Fab
K = TSMC Fab
A = ATMC Fab or TSMC Fab
Second digit usually differentiate mask rev
