Hi martinkovar‌ we are sending slave response using DSPI.PUSHR.PUSHR_SLAVE Register instead of DSPI.PUSHR.PUSHR.

is this valid for sending a response to master device??

Yes, it the same register, but in slave mode it has different slightly different functionality and bit description.
