The latest S32 Design Studio for power architecture, does not support MPC5645S but i see it supports MPC5606S.
Is there a plan for this tool to support MPC5645S in future ?

this case has been already resolved using direct support case.
Just to summarize, it is not in plan to add support for MPC5645S into S32DS.
