S32 Design Studio for PA 2017 r1 License Expire, Reactive dose not working

I recently found that my S32 Design Studio PA license has expired. I am trying to reactivate it, but it is not working.

Activate Code : 7B54-8F8F-155B-0D0A

I recently changed the physical HDD on my computer, and it seems that reactivation is not working. The return is also not functioning. Is this due to the change in the HDD?

Yes, that is correct. We have granted you v2.1 license.

I overlooked the request for PA 2017.

I am already aware of the information you provided. I want to renew the license as it has expired, but the license date is not getting updated. Even when I try to return it, an error occurs, and the return process is not successful.

Ok. We manually extended your license.

Use the same activation code as you posted above it should extend your license.

When you enter the activation code 38D3-B9E0-6D17-8947, it prompts 'Your Software Activation Code is for another feature. Do you want to return?' If you press 'Yes,' the code 38D3-B9E0-6D17-8947 gets deactivated. If you press 'No,' nothing happens
