Please check the download section of S32 Design Studio. S32DS Power v1.1 is now back and available for download.

Is there any difference from the previous v1.1 before they took it down?  Is there any reason to download this new file if the previous v1.1 is installed already?

Hello,

you do not have to download S32 Design Studio again. You can use "previous version" (version is still 1.1). There was necessary to change some internal things I cannot share here, but it was not anything regarding IDE functionality.
