Reset escalation ,reset pin is not always 0

As shown in the above figure，I can not flash programming into the chip.

I find many threads in the community while i do not find the right way to solve the problem.

The reset pin status as shown in the blow figure:

There are two cases.

one case: I click OK button when it pops up dialog with "The target may have entered reset escalation.

               

the other case: I click retry button as shown in the blow figure:

How do i do to solve the problem? Please tell me.

Hello,

Could you please specify the micro you are using?

Is this issue occuring on fresh sample or did you already program something into it?

Censorship? HSM data flash? Anything else?
