MSL and ESD qualification for packaging

Hi, I'm looking for the confrimation for MSL and ESD conformance of our Tape & Reels and Trays, not the MCU package itself (which I have alraedy). The question is - since the device is MSL and ESD sensitive, is the Reel or Tray as well and where to have that confirmed.
