Are any of the MPC5xxx devices manufactured using a Silicon-on-insulator process? If so, which ones? What is the technology node (90nm)?

it's bulk Si, not SOI. MPC55xx devices use 130nm technology, MPC56xx 90nm and MPC57xx 55nm.
