MPC5777C refers to 1.2V core supply voltage while MPC5777C Safety Manual refers 1.25 V core supply. Which value is correct?

So VREG_1P2V_MAIN (referred in the Reference Manual) refers to enabling/disabling internal 1.25V regulator to be in a bypass mode and to allow core supply to be supplied from an external 1.25V source, right?

Yes, it is an option (according AN5268).

VREG_1P2V_MAIN in the DCF records configuration only affects whether internal regulator is running or not what can only slightly influence power consumption, but whether core voltage is supplied externally or internally it depends on external connection according table above.

DCF record is used to enable/disable internal regulator. Is there a way how to check which VREG mode is being used when sw is running?

There is no flag for it. An answer would be the same as in case XOSC, i.e. theoretically SW could analyze DCF record content.

Also there are some FCCU faults related to PMC or DCF loading (3, 4, 5, 18).

Nominal voltage is 1.25V. 1.2V is minimal voltage.
