MPC5777C SHE2 in serial mode from factory?

Hello,

MPC5777C supports SHE2 but the Reference Manual states that it is written at the factory (in a write once register) to only support secure boot in parallel mode. Is it possible to get a version of the 5777C chip that hasn’t had that register written, or has had it written for serial mode instead?

Hi,

unfortunately you cannot change the SBM bit. Device supports Parallel Secure Boot only.
