MPC5777C-516DS jumper configure problems

Are LED D4,D5,D6,D7 indicating the 5V_LR, 5V_SR,3.3V,1,25V respectively all light  when the Daughter Card is powered on?

Are there some errors in my MPC5777C-516DS jumper 513 configration ?
