I modified the example of Standby and added the PLL program.

The test findings are as follows:
1 the first power on the chip, the chip can normally enter the Standby mode, the current is normal.
2 MPC5748G can use the WKUP12 PIN to wake up to normally run. But the current will be larger when it comes to the Standby mode again. At this time the external oscillator is closed, but the core voltage is not closed.
3 STM wake-up is invalid if PLL is used, but it is normal when PLL is not used.

Hi,

2 MPC5748G can use the WKUP12 PIN to wake up to normally run. But the current will be larger when it comes to the Standby mode again. At this time the external oscillator is closed, but the core voltage is not closed.

Hmm, try to shrink code as much as possible. Measure the current waveform to see where is the difference.

3 STM wake-up is invalid if PLL is used, but it is normal when PLL is not used.

As you can see the PLL module is not active in standy mode, so it can source clock to STM. Only PD0 peripherals are active.
