MPC5748G NEXUS-function

Hi all, is it right that the MPC5748G 176LQFP-EP package cant use the NEXUS and only the BGA324 package can use it? thanks alot!

yes, this is correct. In the case of MPC5748G a parallel Nexus interface is implemented. The Application Note AN4224 says:
