[MPC5748G]Device is not detected..., please ender p/w in GDB..., using -uncensorpassword = n

hi experts,

when we flash new MPC5748G via OSJTAG debugger device, it is mentioned the error message: "Warning:Device is not detected or may be censored, please check connections or please ender p/w in GDB server parameters within debug configurations using the flag -uncensorpassword = n, then restart the debug session". 

issue description:

the issue was described in attachment [warning:device is not detected or may be censored. please check.... using the flag -uncensorpassword=n,...]

further information:

we found there is a S32K144 CPU on the board, we are not sure whether this CPU has limitations on the MPC5748G, or how to flash when S32K144 are embedded.

we remember that S32K144 was not embedded on MPC5748G before.

help needed:

how to flash MPC5748G with S32K144 embedded? any special setting needed?

First I would like to ask you whether you have ever had this board running or it is the first attempt to connect to the device?

Really appreciated for your feedback. 

Yes, you are right, we have not yet had this board running, and it's first attempt to connect to the device via flash the program. 

the full warning messages are:  "Warning:device is not detected or may be censored. Please check connections or please enter password in GDB server parameters within debug configurations using the flag -uncensorpassword =n, then restart the debug session."

further information here:

1. we are nearly sure the debugger is well, the software is well

2. we checked the PIN11 Voltage=3.3v; 

3. we have S32K144 MCU embedded and removed, but still can't flash to the MPC5748G.

Do you know any special setting if the first time to flash the MPC5748G?
