MPC5746R stopped after 2 hours of running

Hi ,
I am using the MPC5746R to communicate with other controllers and PC through the CAN bus and complete the control of the system. The transmission period of CANA is 100ms. CANB is 50ms.If MPC5746R  received messages,it will reply 35 data frames to PC in CANC.
I found a problem :

MPC5746R will stop work after about 2 hours of running.I can't find out where the problem is.

Another problem is:

If I send data frames in CANC , before the ECU is on power.MPC5746R cannot start normally.It just stopped at the line in the red box.
