Hello,

Could you share more details?

Are those NXP evaluation boards, or your custom ones?

What about the voltage lines, are they within the datasheet specification?

Best regards,

Peter

Hello,

1、Product prototypes of our own design。

2、The supply voltage of the board is 12V.The supply voltage of the chip 3.3V and 1.2V is normal.

A brief explanation:

The board is powered on for the first time,PE uses the PortA-JTAG/OMCE interface.

First power the circuit board 12V, then connect PE to the computer, the PE indicator blue light and orange light are lit, operate the connection button of the picture, and the fault message displayed in the picture appears.

Hello,

Since you say voltages are in correct specified range, there is not much to do from my side.

Check your JTAG desing with engineer who did design review.

Since SPC5744P is very simple and apply almost no protection except censorship, I expect there is some issue in design or debug tool settings.

Best regards,
Peter

Hello,

Can you describe to me what the JTAG interface(TDI,TDO,TCLK,NRST,TMS,JCOMP) is like when debugging? We want to test it with an oscilloscope to troubleshoot pin issues.

We have measured the NRST pin a few times and it has been low. There is no program in this board, I don't know if it is normal.

Best regards,

Hello,

You need no program for JTAG access.

Here are the AN you can refer to:
