MPC5668G download problem

I am using a MPC5668G microcontroller.

I have download by error a wrong .mot file into micro using IC5000 box

after this, I cant downlaod any .mot file

Hi,

From you screenshot I can see you have multibit ECC fault on address 0x0.

I am not sure how iSystem works but, try to use other debugger.

Lauterbach or PE Micro and erase flash.

In Lauterbach you need to do:

flash.auto.all

flash.erase.all

flash.auto.off

Or try to ask iSystem for help clearing multibit flash ECC faults.
