MPC5644A EBI with the IS64C25616AL problem

Hi,

I check the EBI signal with a logic analyzer. The signal on the ADDR port is normal, but the signal on the DATA port is incorrect. No matter how to change the data, the signal on the DATA port do not change.

Is there something wrong with my configuration?
