MPC5643L, STCU_LBMISREL/H and STCU_LBIST_NMISRRL/H Registers Description

On MPC5643L Reference Manual (Rev. 10)

42.1.3.2 No reported errors
In the case of no reported errors, the Integrity SW should confirm the following:
• The signature registers of each of the LBIST results match their corresponding expected values:
For each LBIST:
— Read the STCU_LBMISREL/H and STCU_LBIST_NMISRRL/H registers to check the coherency with the STCU_LBS and STCU_LBE bits.
— Read the registers described in Section 42.1.3.1, Reported errors,” and verify that their values are as expected.

The above registers with red mark, we can't find the register description, include address and detailed bitfield.

Could you please give us:
1.) STCU_LBMISREL/H and STCU_LBIST_NMISRRL/H definition in .h header file.
2.) Do we have example code for STCU_LBMISREL/H and STCU_LBIST_NMISRRL/H checking as described on chapter 42.1.3.2.

STCU_LBMISREL/H means STCU_LB_MISREL/H (Described on chapter 42.4.3.11 and 42.4.3.12), STCU_LBIST_NMISRRL/H means STCU_LB_MISRRL/H (Described on chapter 42.4.3.13 and 42.4.3.14).
These registers are not defined in MPC5643L.h header file, User can operate via direct address access. User can read the real value in MISRRL/H, and compare with the expectant value set in MISREL/H.
