I am working on using EQADC+EDAM to transfering 3 phrase voltages and DC bus voltage. I use EMIOS 12 to trigger ADC. But the result I get from RFIFO5 does't seem correct. I am wondering which TCD register should I set to transfer datas from four ADC chanels at the same time from CFIFO5 to RFIFO5? I attached my code below.
