2. There are more conditions which need to be met, so it may affect both kind of codes.
3. Yes, this leads to execution of wrong instruction which may completely destroy user application.
4. There is no way to quantify the probability of the occurrence. It requires an alignment of many internal conditions that the customer cannot control. If the condition occurs, it is likely to occur almost all of the time, however, just because the issue has not been seen, does not mean it may not occur in the future.
5. The workaround was confirmed as correct.
