Laser Marking on SPC5644CF0VLU8R

We are using micro-controller for our automotive product SPC5644CF0VLU8R. We wish to mark the IC's with laser marking after program completion. Would like to know any specification to do laser marking in IC like specific location. Also need to evaluate IC after laser marking in your end and provide us the report to start laser etching.
