Inject Error by reading of UTEST area

Dear Mr. / Mrs.

When I I try to inject multible bit ECC error by using 0x00400040 for MPC5777C, I dind't need to enable UTEST mode. As for single bit ECC inject error by using 0x00400060, I need to enable UTEST mode. I couldn't catch detail for this work?

Hello,

No, the test mode is only for NXP factory tests and its not available for users.

To inject ECC fault is enough simple to read the location of UTEST flash. Read will evoke the ECC fault.
