How to use shutdown selftest--(MPC5744P)

when we running shutdown selftest function and finished ,the main chip will reset, but it will jump to wrong address,not form start address , so is there any MPC5744P shutdown selftest example?

What do you mean by wrong address?

Is that address bootable?

Could you specify your issue closely?

I am afraid we probably currently do not have such example.

However have you read following section in device’s RM?

70.6.3.1 Preparation before initiating an STCU shutdown self-test

I am asking because there is quite enough amount of preconditions needed to be fulfilled before shutdown self-test execution.
