How to design MPC5777C compatibly with MPC5775E

   Hello !

   Now We are using MPC5777C design some control device. I find MPC5777C's footprint is the same as MPC5777E on the Datesheet. But the information of MPC5775E is too little to ensure the conclusion.

   Could you please confirm that MPC5775E(416 balls BGA) can be directly used on MPC5777C(416 ball BGA) PCB?

   And, Can anyone provide a copy of "MPC5775B_MPC5775E_System_IO_Definition.xlsx"?

Hi, excel sheet is embedded in the reference manual.

MPC5775B, MPC5775E and MPC5777C are pin-to-pin compatible devices.
