How to config the default state of PEMicro Multilink debugger reset pin ?

Hi NXP experts,

Sometimes we connect the PEMicro Multilink with the MCU MPC 5748G's JTAG connector without a USB connection to computer, which means Multilink is power off. Some Multilink debugger will pull down the reset pin of our board when power off, but some other will keep the reset pin pull up (in the circuit, there is a default pull up to VCC).

How can we config the default state of PEMicro Multilink debugger reset pin?
