How to check HSM firmware which has been programmed into the CPU of 'DEVKIT-MPC5748G REV D' ?

We have the newest devkit of MPC5748G. Does the firmware of HSM have been programmed into the CPU? Thanks.

Then there is not FW programmed. Only HSM module is present on the device.
