How can I create loss-of-clock and loss-of-lock conditions?

I hope you are all well. I am working on reset status but I couldn't figure out how to create loss-of-lock and loss-of-clock conditions. 

I am working with MPC5674F Development Board.

Hi @davidtosenovjan, 

Thank you a lot for your help. Connecting EXTAL pin to ground is worked. I saw the loss-of-clock flag (LOCF) is set. 

For the loss-of-lock, I changed the FMPLL.ESYNCR2.B.ERATE after the lock is achieved. Then I saw the loss-of-lock flag (LOLF) is set.

Maybe you could connect EXTAL pin to ground for a while to initiate loss-of-clock. Loss-of-lock condition should be possible to inject by changing of PLL frequency software way.
