I am using 324BGA mpc5644a. I need the gerber files of Module xPC564AADPT324S as pcb layout design reference. Or other 324BGA mpc5644a board design files.
I need the gerber files, not pdf. so any help appreciated!

This board is third party product of PeMicro and we don't have gerber files available for it. I would recommend to try to contact EVB manufacturer's support:
