the function of delay is verified in an application project, and this function is sealed in a library file (xxx.a), when invoke the delay function of the library in another application project, the project process is lost. please see the figure: by the way, invoke other initialization functions in the library, the project is ok, perhaps the interrupts problems of the delay function .
