unfortunately ISP1582 is legacy part which was developed by NXP, STMicro and Ericsson. I had searched our website, but I did not find anything about this part. Only relevant document is placed at ST website (datasheet).

Could you please try to contact STMicro support and ask them, if they have the errata document for this part?
