BGA-416 VertiCal board for MPC5777C

Hello,

a customer of mine is doing a MPC5777C design and would like to use a VertiCal board as they're available for several devices of the MPC56xx family.

Does anyone know, if there will be VertiCal boards for the BGA-416 available? Or would it be better to use a BGA-516 package?

Sometimes the search does not give a result, me too… but this is what I can locate

All of them have Buy Direct button at the bottom of the page, but just one shows “In stock”.

You can order each, but the delivery could be delayed for some of them.

Here is the list of available MPC5777C vertical boards:

LFVBBK77CWA – MPC5777C 416 pin 1.0 mm pitch.

LFVBBOK77CW1A – MPC5777C 422 Pin 1.0mm pitch Pb-Free

LFVBBK77CZA – MPC5777C 516 pin 1.0mm pitch.

LFVBBOK77CZ1A – MPC5777C 522 Pin 1.0mm Pitch.

Search those part numbers on the web. Attached is a layout of the 416 pin VBB.

many THX for the ordering codes!

..but by searching the web just 2nd item is known (but not really orderable), the item in the 4th line is orderable at NXP:

..the others aren't known at all!

Is there any chance, that the other devices will be available for purchasing soon, too?

..especially the LFVBBK77CWA - thanks for the PDF attached - is of interest.

Any info on that, too?
