Any read-only SPR containing a unique serial number on MPC5567 and MPC5675K?

Hello,

I am looking for a read-only value that would uniquely identify the CPU, for platforms equipped with either MPC5567 or MPC5675K.

I was hoping that both CPU implemented some kind of "serial number register", but I cannot find one.

Does someone know which register I could use for that?

Hi,

as I recall, unique device ID is available only on a few devices from MPC56xx family - MPC5604B, MPC5644A, MPC5634M.

But unfortunately not on MPC5675K or MPC5567.
