Usually our JTAG is The 8 pin concatenoned to Ground,But in the 5744p Schematic,we should concatenoned to Pin EXT_POR_B,like

.I wonter to knowed I must concatenoned to the pin EXT_POR_B,and on the pull to 3.3V  for download program？

Hi,

It is not required to conned EXT_POR_B.

For example lauterbach do not require it at all.
