start new proyect custom SDK and board in VScode

I want to integrate the NXP development environment into Visual Studio Code. To do this, I followed the steps from the videos on the NXP website (https://www.nxp.com/design/design-center/training/TIP-GETTING-STARTED-WITH-MCUXPRESSO-FOR-VS-CODE )  and generated an SDK using the online tool. After downloading the SDK, I am not able to integrate it into VS Code to start a project with a “Hello World”. How can I integrate the SDK into VS Code and start easy?
