I am currently using the FRDM-MCXA156 to debug the flexcan module for sending can signals externally. However, the official SDK cannot successfully send the can signal. Could you please tell me how others with the same experience have solved this problem?

Hello @Aaron707 ,

Thanks for your post.

Could you please provide more details? What IDE are you using? What is the SDK version? Specifically, which demo are you using, and what phenomena are you observing?

In addition, you can take a photo of the label sticker on the back of your FRDM-MCXA156 board and share it to us.

BRs,

Celeste

Hello, I'm using the IDE MCUXpressoIDE_24.12.148 and the SDK version is 2.16.100,The phenomenon I observed using the logic analyzer is that the output levels of the CAN_L and CAN_H pins do not change. Or could you tell me how to correctly use the flexcan module of the FRDM-MCXA156 to output can signals?

Hello @Aaron707 ,

I did test on my end, with no problem found. Please see the following picture:

I did the test with the use of MCUXPresso 24.12 and SDK 24.12.  The demo is frdmmcxa156_flexcan_interupt_transfer.

Please refer the doc/example_board_readme.md to check your hardware connection:
