I am working with the MCXC244 microcontroller and would like to temporarily disable the reset function on the default reset pin (PTA20/RESET_b). I also want to have the ability to enable the reset function again when needed. Is there a way to achieve this?
By default, this pin will always be reset function unless the pin functionality is changed on the booted application. During boot process/power up it will stay at the default state.
Hi Omar, This is exactly what I’m aiming to do, modify the pin functionality in the booted application. I’ve disabled the RCM:RESET function in the pin configurator and configured the pin as a GPIO, but it still behaves like a reset pin.
