Running FreeRTOS on i.MX 8M Plus EVK from SD Card

I am working with the i.MX 8M Plus EVK and I would like to run FreeRTOS on the Cortex-M7 core.please tell me how i can run FreeRTOS on that board easily.Any easy way.

We have some demos for iMX8MP-EVK.

I attached the getting starter guide for a better understanding.

You can compile and debug the demos using the MCUXPRESSO extension for VS CODE.
