I searched for the data on which is the maximum baud rate for LPUART on the datasheet, reference manual and even the hardware guidelines but could not find any data in which was siad value.

Yes! There is no such spec. But you can calculate using a formula based on the clock, SBR and OSR that you can find in 66.5.2.1 Baud rate generation section from reference manual.
