How to connect both SDRAM and SRAM by using SEMC? any idea to connect FPGA for RT1052 MCU

Hi, all

want to know how to interface with FPGA, since I.MX.RT1052 has its own SDRAM interface, while still need to connect with FPGA.

Are there any other methods beside with SEMC, does it conflict with SDRAM interface already occupied, or just share the same address and data, but using different CS#? Any schematic to show here or official doc.

Appreciate for any advices

thanks

John

Generally, the FPGAs are connected as SRAM devices but it will be limited to your specific SRAM.
Regarding your connections, they should be made as table 25-6 from the RM states. Some signals will be shared between SDRAM and SRAM.
Each device will have a specific base register, where you can configure base address, memory size, and valid information.
