Error occurred during flashing of demo to NHS3152 using MCU-LINK

Hello, I am attempting to flash the demo program onto the NHS3152  soldered on a custom PCB using #Flash Magic with #MCU-LINK, but I am encountering issues during the flashing process. Below are the details of my problem.

NHS3152 soldered on PCB and connected to MCU-LINK by SWD probe (J6)

Pin connections are as follows:

Power supply to NHS3152:

 

I also attempted to flash the chip using ISP UART mode, but I encountered the same error. The device signature could not be read either. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into my issue and assist me in resolving it. Thank you.

Based on the information available on the MCU-LINK page,  it appears that the NHS3152 is not supported. I apologize, as I have not worked with NFC components before. To proceed, please create a new ticket specifically for the NFC-related issue.
