1. Could I use the CodeWarrior (CW_MCU_v11.1_b181224_PE.exe) to download the pgm file to the MCF54415 MCU using BDM tools?
2. And is a license necessary during the downloading of the pgm file?

Hi,

I don't think CodeWarrior for MCU V11.1 IDE software could support to program PGM(portable gray map) file via BDM debugger tool.

The general image format CodeWarrior supported are S19, bin and elf.
