We use chip MCXN947 and find I3C SDR mode can run 12.5MHz clock.
But HDR-DDR mode can only run 3MHz, if we increase the frequency, the result seems unstable.
As mentioned on the following post, MCXA has some issue in hdr-ddr mode.

According to the MCXN DATA SHEET.
MCXN947 I3C HDR-DDR mode can run 12.5MHz clock.
